Prize Crane Hire

Arcade prize cranes stocked with your merchandise, samples, vouchers or plush toys. You choose the prizes and how often people win, and we deliver and set up anywhere in the UK.

A prize machine that works for you

A prize crane is the easiest way to give things away that people actually remember. Instead of leaving freebies on a table, guests win them, and they'll tell everyone about it.

  • Your prizes: branded merchandise, samples, sweets, vouchers or plush toys
  • Your win rate: skill only, a set ratio, or a guaranteed win every go
  • Your rules: free play for everyone, or tokens handed out by your team
  • Your brand: optional full cabinet wrap in your artwork

Prize crane hire FAQ

Are prizes included?

Every machine comes with clear capsules ready to fill. Most clients fill them with their own merchandise, samples, vouchers or sweets. We can also source plush toys and prizes for you at an extra cost.

Can you set the machine so everyone wins?

Yes. The win rate is adjustable. Choose a guaranteed win for every player, a set ratio such as one win in every few goes, or leave it as a true game of skill.

What prizes work best in a prize crane?

Prizes that fit inside a 95mm capsule work best: branded pens, keyrings, lip balms, sweets, gift cards and samples. Small plush toys, teddies and soft packs like crisps also grab well. We'll advise on what suits your machine.

Can the prizes include vouchers or cash?

Yes. Many clients put discount codes, gift vouchers, competition entries or 'golden ticket' prize cards inside capsules, so a small capsule can still carry a big prize.

Who keeps the machine topped up during the event?

We fill the machine at set-up and show your team how to refill it in seconds. For bigger events we can supply an attendant to run the machine, refill it and hand out prizes.

Can you supply prizes for us?

Yes. We can source plush toys, sweets and novelty prizes, or work with your promotional merchandise supplier. Prizes are charged on top of the hire.

How much does claw machine hire cost?

Prize crane hire starts from £595 + VAT for a day. The final price depends on how many machines you need, the length of your event, where it is, and whether you'd like custom branding or prizes supplied. Send us your details for a fixed quote.
